27.5. A digital spread spectrum (2.4 Ghz) system will eliminate glitches

A spread spectrum transmitter (such as the Spektrum DX6/DX7) does not protect you from glitches caused by electrical noise (ESC or motor too close to receiver), because this type of noise is very strong and is emitted across the entire radio spectrum (wideband interference).

A spread spectrum transmitter/receiver combination does eliminate the possibility of interference from a transmitter on the same channel, however (narrowband interference).
